Matt Prossen
Since April 2010, Matt Prossen has worked as a District Manager with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in Owings Mills, Maryland. In this capacity, he tracks down new business opportunities for the full line of ADP workforce management solutions. Matt Prossen typically targets organizations that employ between 50 and 350 persons, often through phone prospecting, marketing campaigns, referrals from current clients, and ADP partnerships at both the internal and external level. Prossen has experienced a large measure of success during his time with ADP, earning President's Club in his first year and achieving more than 160 percent of his plan year-to-date.
Before joining ADP, Matt Prossen served as a Practice Management Consultant with American Express/PDI Inc/Ogilvy Action, where he achieved 240 percent of his quota and consistently ranked in the top 10 percent of sales representatives nationwide. Matthew Prossen maintained a core client roster of family practitioners, surgeons, dentists, and veterinarians, securing new clients through aggressive prospecting and cold calling. He also negotiated many of the medical conferences in the region, setting up arrangements to attend these events and scouting potential sponsorship opportunities.
From June 2003 to August 2004, Matthew Prossen worked as a territory sales representative with G&K Services in Sharon, Pennsylvania. In this role, he set out to improve market share in the Akron and Canton, Ohio, region by reaching out to hospitals, hotels, restaurants, and manufacturing companies. Prossen achieved top sales representative during the first quarter of 2004 and secured one of the largest accounts in the history of the Sharon office.
Matt Prossen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Westminster College. After graduating, he went on to work as an account executive with companies such as Verizon Wireless and Cleancare.
