Matt has worked as a reporter, photographer, web editor and graphic designer for The Franklin Sun and The Ouachita Citizen since 2011. Matt is the co-creator and co-host of The Extra Point, a weekly radio show broadcasted on 95.9 KMAR. Matt is the co-host of The Morning Drive on ESPN 97.7 West Monroe/Ruston on Wednesday and Friday. He's also the founder, producer and co-host of three sports podcasts on the Hanna Publications Podcast Network, available on iTunes, Tune In Radio and Stitcher. Previous work experience includes the position of associate editor of Tiger Rag Magazine in Baton Rouge, La. and co-host of the state-wide syndicated radio program Tiger Rag Radio. He also served as a staff reporter for The News Star in Monroe, La. Matt has contributed to The Advocate, The Times-Picayune, The Shreveport Times, The Ruston Daily Leader, The Bastrop Daily Enterprise, The Lake Charles American Press, Something Else Reviews and many other publications in the course of his 15 years in the news business.
