Matthew Hvizda

Matthew Hvizda is a construction and real estate entrepreneur based in Austin, Texas, with active operations across Colorado and beyond. He currently leads residential and commercial roofing initiatives in Denver as part of Murray Enterprises, combining boots-on-the-ground execution with a sharp focus on revenue growth, project delivery, and long-term client relationships.

In addition to operating in the construction arena, Matthew is a Managing Partner at Oak and Anchor Group, a capital fund focused on large-scale real estate acquisitions, development, residential building, sober living facilities, and luxury spec homes—while also serving as a general partner across multiple investment portfolios. He holds a BA in Business from the University of Colorado Denver and drives large-scale projects and sales through CSM LLC.

Matthew is also actively engaged with emerging construction technology—exploring innovations like 3D home printing and other next-generation building methods to help usher in a more efficient, scalable, and accessible era of construction. He’s especially driven by the potential for these technologies to shorten build times, reduce costs, and expand the ability to deliver durable housing solutions to communities in need, both domestically and across the globe.
