My Name is Matt Cieri and I am on a journey to find the best way to health for me. I have tried everything over the years and you know what they all work if you do them. You can run, lift weights and do yoga for fitness. You can be low carb, high carb, vegan, or carnivore for your nutrition plan. You can see a shrink, meditate or read self help books for your mental health. Again you just have to do what nike says just do it. You can also switch back and forth as long as you modify and balance yourself out as you switch. I am no expert but I have done a lot of self experimentation. The over all issue always seems to be me quitting a plan or a method not the method itself. You need to do what works for you and I hope to show options available to you on your journey to health.
