Matt joined the Beeches steakhouse restaurant solihull in 2011 as Head Chef, having developed a successful career in pubs and restaurants around Warwickshire. He has implemented and designed an array of eclectic dishes for the Beeches menu over the last 3 years, under the guidance of The Chef / Owner Iain George and has helped to create the great food we all love. Matt nurtures the chefs to excel in the fast paced kitchen and most have been with the Beeches for many years.
