Matthew Flores

After finishing my B.S. at the University of La Verne I earned a position as a Business Development Rep (fancy term for a sales guy) at INCION. Working at INCION has opened my eyes to the world of technology and imagination. I have had the opportunity to provide hundreds of people the possibility to make their ideas come to life from websites to graphic design to mobile apps. My motivation has always come from my family and friends, but now that I am a Project Manager it comes from the people I get to meet and work with everyday. As a PM, I am able to understand people’s needs, work with them every step of the way, and turn their idea into a reality.
