Matt Lee

Hello! I’m Matt Lee, husband, dad of two boys, and Product Management professional. After a brief stint in the Seattle, Washington area, we currently live in St. Petersburg, Florida.

My passions exist in and around new experiences - both personally and through my work. My family and I love to travel, explore State and National Parks, visit new cities & eat all of their foods, and generally absorb and learn from the rich histories all around us.

As a Product manager, I continue this paradigm and enjoy using technology to connect people and enrich lives. In my 15+ years in Product Management, I've developed teams and delivered products in high-growth environments - startups or companies expanding their portfolios into emerging markets - across Retail Loyalty (Grocery/CPG/ecommerce) and Job marketplaces (non-profit/Associations & travel nursing) industries.

I'm keen to orient around desired outcomes tied to strategic objectives, empowering teams to rally behind a cause…resulting in alignment and accountability to deliver measurable work... all to help transform ideas into solutions that solve real problems.

I'm currently open to work, and looking for a Product leader role (Lead PM through VP of Product) at a company looking to build quickly and iteratively, where I can be an organizing force to ensure the right products are being built, for the right reasons, on behalf of the most important consumers and clients.
