Currently on the final stages of compiling the largest research set ever done on behavioral insights into the Millennial Generation, full research available to corporations in late fall 2015 and as part of an upcoming book in 2016.

Matt is the former CEO of SideraWorks, a management consultancy acquired by CrowdSource where he then served as Head of Market Innovation developing future market strategy and sizing for the creation of a pitch deck for their B round.

Matt is an entrepreneur, business and marketing strategist and frequent keynote speaker who has worked in digital on both the agency and enterprise side since 1994 when he created the first fully integrated e-commerce platform in the world.

He ran interactive marketing for such established brands as Levi’s, Cisco, and British Airways as well as the launch of ventures such as Jet Blue and RedSpark.

He has also been involved in his own ventures, including as a partner building out a 300+ person consultancy. His work over the last 10 years has focused primarily in developing innovation cultures, change management initiatives, and specialized market research in support of a better way to align organizations with their customer and partner base in this fast paced, increasingly transparent social world.

He is a frequent keynote speaker, sits on multiple boards, and has an upcoming book on the future of work.
