My aim is to share my passion for sport and physical activity.

In my day job, I encourage young people to take part in diverse activities ranging from Dodgeball to Zumba to Ping Pong to Body Popping and beyond. I blog about the stuff young 'uns are up to in school these days.

In 2012, I established Gorllewin Gwyllt, an organisation to promote the sport of Touch (Rugby) in Wales. I recently became the first coach of the Barcutiaid Coch (Red Kites) - the regional Touch team for west Wales. I also blog about Touch and was voted Wales Touch Association's Administrator of the Year, 2012 and awarded Regional Coach of the tournament at the Wales Touch Nationals in April 2013.

I'm fascinated by the possibilities of social media and viral videos to market grass roots sport.

I'm a husband, dad, step-dad and Cymro i'r Carn
