I'm a Registered Architect and a LEED Accredited Professional with more than 25 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of many types of multifamily residential projects and facilities for collegiate, elementary, and secondary school clients.

My career has given me the opportunity to work with many progressive clients as they implemented a variety of innovative programs in their developments. Every day I look forward to helping these clients set the strategy for their projects and portfolios, and advising them on the details for each building and site that will help them be successful.

My work has covered a range from large-scale new construction to the renovation of existing buildings, with the integration of sustainable design and construction methods and materials. I've had the good fortune in my career to work with for-profit and non-profit clients on projects from 1,000 to 200,000 square feet in size and totaling over $100 million.

This work has included many LEED-certified developments, including the LEED Silver New Market West mixed-use development for Mission First Housing Group in Philadelphia; the LEED Silver West Campus Student Apartments at Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ; the LEED Gold James Widener Ray Homes, the LEED Silver JBJ Soul Homes, the LEED Certified Ruth Williams House, and the LEED Certified Gloria Casarez Residence developments for Project HOME in Philadelphia.

Beyond my calling as a design professional, I also lead Thriven Design's internal operations and project management across the firm. In this capacity I get to work with all of our talented professionals and staff to help them do their best work, continuing the firm's legacy of service and quality for our clients, and creating a firm where they can thrive.
