Matt has over two decades of experience, in the mortgage industry. He has helped several clients get into their 1st homes, refinance to a lower rate, helped clients save 100’s and sometimes 1000’s in debt consolidation or buy their 2nd or even 3rd home. The majority of his business has come from turn downs by other companies. He does not turn down a client, he offers a road map of how to get qualified right away, 2 months, 4 months or a year away.

He NEVER just say NO. He feels that analyzing a credit score at where it is and where it needs to be is what makes them “stand out” from other lenders. If Matt cannot do the loan for you at the present time, He will give you a blue print of when they can accomplish this. Other lenders today tend to just deny a person for a loan over the phone. Or, sometimes not even that, they simply get a letter in the mail. “We believe that communication is the key to help people get the loan that best suits their individual needs”. Matt will walk you through the home buying or refinancing process and will be there to answer any questions or concerns until your loan is closed.

There have been many clients that have come to him with low credit scores who have been turned down by other lenders because the other Loan Officer was not able to see how to increase their score in a short period of time.
