Over nine years as a production manager. Four years with an aircraft supplier and over five years in the medical device industry. Developed engineering models and drawings for part manufacturing.Designed, built, and operated tooling for CNC vertical machining centers, CNC table routers, and CNC tube benders. Designed the tooling and processes necessary for the lamination of aluminum skinned sandwich panels. Set up and implemented final assembly processes. I have engineering experience including static stress and mechanical event simulation through FEA. I am experienced in soldering circuit board assemblies, wire stamping machines, wire harness production, and reading wiring diagrams. I successfully organized the FDA approval of the wheelchair I helped design as well as negotiating with the government to be awarded a five year purchasing contract by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
