Hey there! I'm Matt. Originally from Toronto, Canada, I moved to Dallas with my two girls (Maddi 7 and Luci 4) from the Dominican Republic in 2015.
In March 2018, I married the beautiful Jennifer Greer and our families joined to make a family of 7! (We have five girls! Yes, you heard me right!)
I spent 7 years building my nonprofit which grew to 3 countries and 250+ local leaders, to whom I educated and empowered with principles of leadership. I also founded an orphanage on the East Coast of India, which was birthed out of the tragedy of losing my oldest daughter, Azlynn, in a car accident. Those orphans are like family to me!
Also because of that event, I successfully wrote, launched, and funded (on Kickstarter) a children's book in her memory as well.
Digital Marketing: This year I joined the incredible team at Steadfast Results as the Client Success Director in Keller, TX. We specialize in lead generation & conversion, branding, design and digital marketing.
Public speaking: I have a crazy story that inspires and informs people at businesses, events, and places of worship. I'm passionate and real. No fluff. My experiences have given me a PhD in perseverance!
Prayer and encouragement: As one of my mentors, John Maxwell says, "Everything worthwhile is always uphill." Going uphill is easier when you go with other people. Let's do that.
