I am a transformational leader who excels at building and maintaining team and customer relationships. My drive and commitment to my work is unwavering and I continually challenge the status quo to maximize operational excellence and client satisfaction. As an accomplished Technology Solutions Specialist with years of SMB experience managing accounts, I have spearheaded several large deployment projects for Normar Consulting and Beyond IT Support - Cloud Advisors.
An obvious passion of mine is leading businesses around the IT curve - assessing their technological shortfalls, then devising a plan to bring them up to date with the most current technologies. This has been accomplished by using industry leading platforms such as ConnectWise (Automate/Control/Manage/Sell), Office 365, Azure, and Salesforce.com, just to name a few.
Before joining Normar Consulting, Inc. (Cloud Advisors acquired by Beyond IT Support in April 2018), I worked for two Atlanta based companies - Semi-Trailer Big Box (a middleman for the Mobile Storage Rental and Transportation Equipment Sales industries) and Voice Nation (a local telecom company, whose offerings included Live Call Answering, Professional Voicemail, and Virtual PBX).
I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with others in the realms of Business and Information Technology. While I enjoy all aspects of my work, my favorite stage of any project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.
