Matt Dooley

Matt is the founder of "Connected Thinking", providing consulting, specialist website intelligence tools and training services to help banks, insurers and other large corporations become aware, and take advantage of digital channels, modern marketing, including search and social media, so as to create sustainable commercial impact.

Matt has over 20 years experience working for global banks. He was the Head of Digital Experience for HSBC's Global Commercial BankingTeam, responsible for leading the strategic vision and business development for HSBC leveraging digital channels and differentiating the brand through a better customer experience.

He pioneered HSBC's global Internet design standards as a result of establishing the first Internet banking platform back in 2000 and driving digital marketing campaigns in Asia.
