Matteo Bertolino

I was born in Torino, Italy. I graduated in Political Sciences, obtaining an MA in Development Studies (The Netherlands), which drove me to work in the Development Cooperation sector, for almost a decade, at various levels across 4 continents.

Photography kept growing together with the experiences abroad, leading me to specialize in documentary photography, in the realization of audio-visuals products,in teaching and directing photography. I am also a professional in the ‘Communication 4 Development’ field, building up effective and innovative communication strategies for development agencies (public and private).

Wedding photography, portrait and social reportage are among my areas of professional activity, where I build upon my creative skills, solid experience and personal style.

I have published on national and international magazines and journals, collaborating with photo agencies and NGOs. I have been working with both private and public institutions in different artistic and cultural projects.
