Matteo Esposito has been wanting to write, produce and direct a play all his life...and he finally got his chance. His first play, Will You Be My Valentine, was staged at two places in the region of Halton (in Ontario) with the Take Flight Theatre group and produced by Community Living Oakville. A former member of West End Studio Theatre in Oakville, Matteo worked on props and was the assistant set designer for award-winning set designer Dr. Jane Coryell. He got the chance to meet actor Jeff Madden (Frankie Valli in the Toronto run of Jersey Boys) and theatre producer David Mirvish. Matteo comes from a family of musicians, including the Colombia Records signed band "Walk off the Earth" and up and comingCanadian Country Rock Artist Anthony Tullo. Sorting IT Out is his newest work. This play is about someone's ignorance of understanding a person with a disability and the consequences that follow. This topic resonates with Matteo as he has multiple disabilities, including autism.
