I was born in La Spezia, Italy, after my Master's Degree Graduation in Analytical Chemistry I moved to Burgos, Spain, where I was a granted PhD student in the Burgos University.My studies involved the interaction of small molecules with the molecules of life: DNA and RNA. My work is focused on the understanding of the mechanism of action by means of different analytical techniques. Aim of my work is the development of metal-based drugs with enhanced cytotoxic effect.

Actually I returned to La Spezia and, now, I am lab technician in an environmental chemistry lab. My job concerns the quantification of metal and organic compounds in waste, soil, water.

Besides my job career, I love football, trekking, discovering new places and I am a bass player.
