I have just finished my Mediterranean season on board sailing yacht sunny hill, Starting in Genoa, Italy, Varnishing and prep work for the upcoming season. the yacht was a busy throughout the season with charters as well as owner visits. Throughout the season I taught guests how to water ski and taking them on trips to snorkel areas when anchored. As well as this I taught them how to safely operate the PWCs on board. I have spent most of the season doing water sports activities. I am working on my deck rating and I am 1 month from having the required time on board a yacht to apply. The season ended with a 2800nm trip with 8 hours of bridge watch and navigation. We arrived safely in northern Sweden after 12 days. Before starting my career in yachting I worked for a bespoke hotel in Verbier, Switzerland as a private driver for the penthouse rooms. I was able to work closely with the royal family with this job. I am now working towards increasing my tickets and moving up within a vessel. I have a valid 10 year visa B1/B2 / powerboat 2 / Stcw. I have no problems with large tenders. On board Sunny Hill we had two large tenders one solely for water sports. My background in bespoke hotels has helped me to be able to work interior if required, my last role was technically "Deck/Stew" to help out with large charters. Working with a smaller yacht I know the importance of helping out in other areas, throughout the season I assisted the chef, engineer and the sole stewardess when necessary. I am very enthusiastic and look at things with a positive approach. I like to help out in different areas to vary my skills. I can work solely and with a team. I can travel anywhere required [email protected] 954 830 0651
