Matthew Woodward

I’m a writer and rail adventurer living in the United Kingdom. I have completed several Trans-Siberian, Trans-Manchurian and Trans-Mongolian journeys, reaching places like Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong by rail. In 2016 I successfully completed a solo trip on both the longest and the highest railways in the world to reach Tibet by train. I am currently writing my first book.
