With a background in intercultural communication, experiential learning and instructional design, he has worked for over 10 years on organizational learning projects, debriefing processes, and intercultural communication in China, Taiwan, France, India, and the USA. Partnerships include focus on the work of teachers, first-responders/emergency personnel, social services staff, international peace and development workers, and social entrepreneurs.
