Matthew Jensen

Matthew Jensenis currently a third year finance student at Texas Tech University. His post-high-school education started in August of 2011 at Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, TX, where he received a Certificate of Culinary Arts (2012). The following August he started his undergrad core at Collin College. From there transferred to TTU in August 2014 to study Finance. He has been working as a full-time line cook in numerous kitchens in Dallas and Lubbock while finishing his studies.

Matthew's primary focus is split between gaining valuable experience in the kitchen while obtaining a degree in finance from TTU. Balancing his full-time job in the kitchen and attending school as a full time student has been a huge benefactor in his time-management skills.
