I've spent the past 20 years as a Program Director, Management Consultant and IT professional at Heineken, Cambridge Technology Partners and Arthur Andersen driving business transformation programs and business capability development. Now working on inspiring and leading others to co-create innovation programs which make societal impact and create business value. Also serving others as a project leadership coach to develop talent and adopt an agile project approach in organisations.
