I'm a Consultant with APTMetrics, Inc., an HR consultancy based out of Darien, CT. I completed my Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Quantitative Methods and Evaluation Sciences at Michigan State University in May 2013.
My primary interests are in personnel selection and staffing, performance measurement, and statistical methods and data analysis. When not working, I can be found running, drinking coffee, playing guitar, or watching either the Pittsburgh Steelers or Penguins.
