I am a chef currently living in Stafford, United Kingdom. My interests range from food to cooking. I am also interested in travel and movies.

I have always had a love for food, even at an early age I would pretend to be a masterchef judge and send food back to the kitchen (my mum)

Food is not just about fuel and necessity to me, it's about enjoyment, love, fun and experiences.

I soon realised that food was something I was meant to be involved with, from working in standard pubs and clubs I made the choice to go to London to work in the dizzy heights of Michelin star.
