Matthew Wagner

Who am I?

First, and most importantly, I am a child of the one true King, Jesus Christ, forever striving to be more like Him and share Him and His love with others through my life.

Beyond that, I am a husband to the most patient and amazing women in the world. Together, we have two boys making me the proud father of Russel and Nathaniel. I am the son of two amazing parents, and the brother of three living siblings, uncle of nine.

To those outside of my family, I am a friend, an encourager, a listening ear, and someone to be counted on. I am an Eagle Scout, a Rotarian, and a concerned citizen passionate about making the world more compassionate and understanding; less judgmental and more focused on making sure everyone has the tools and resources to be successful.

I have spent the majority of my life in the nonprofit sector, as a volunteer and participant in my youth and in my adult life in a professional capacity in both paid and volunteer roles. Most recently I have become experienced in fundraising and nonprofit management and I enjoy helping nonprofit organizations grow and increase their impact by sharing their story and connecting with their community.

I am passionate about encouraging others and helping them see, and reach, the potential I see in them. I enjoy meeting new people, learning what their interests are and what they enjoy doing and are skilled at, and connecting people with the right skills with those who need them.
