I am a body-surfing, farm-loving country boy, who's on journey from farmer to environmental advocate, and a passion for food production that goes truly from seed to plate. Raised on a cattle farm in Kingaroy, my life has taken me on a cycle from environment and sustainability consultant to organic farmer to food educator. A passionate advocate for living a life more simple and less wasteful, and a big believer in the concept or ever MORE with every LESS, this life by design has allowed me to not only plant the seeds, but take that seed from harvest to plate.
