An experienced Encinitas real estate developer who completes residential and commercial projects throughout greater San Diego, California, Matthew Gordon currently resides in the city's northern county suburb of Encinitas. In this business role he oversees all stages of property development, from feasibility, due diligence and establishing funding to managing design and construction operations. Pacific Coast Builders (PCB) will considering two of his latest projects for a 2019 awards. This adaptive re-use development project transformed an old medical facility into a restaurant and a series of apartments and a carbon neutral, net zero energy infill subdivision. Matthew Gordon has previously served as a developer for three PCB-award-winning projects.

In addition, Mr. Gordon has worked with San Diego’s Janco Developer for more than five years. Apart from work, he formerly sat on the board of directors for the Seacoast Preservation Association. He and the other board directors of this coastline environmental preservation group are involved with multiple civic and community organizations. He has also sat on the board of directors for both Brand Source AVB Associated Volume Buyers and the Highway 101 Business Association.
