Matthew is a business transformation expert with a focus on Fortune 500 and Tier-1 corporations across Energy, Oil & Gas, Construction & Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Mining, Marine, FMCG, and Digital Technology.

Between 2021 and 2025, he led end-to-end business transformation initiatives for Tier-1 corporations across these sectors. His work generated leads with a combined estimated revenue of $10,000,000, while building sustainable operational processes, workflows, and cross-functional RACI matrices that drove cost optimization and revenue maximization.

Beyond enterprise work, Matthew supports and mentors startup founders on profitable market entry. His work has cut across 5 continents through partnerships and mentorship roles with Tony Elumelu Foundation, Shell LiveWIRE, The Next Titan, African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF), and Seedstars World, as part of his commitment to driving the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals for Africa.

In 2026, Matthew founded Revenula Limited — The Revenue Operating Layer for Enterprise in Africa. Revenula helps global Tier-1 companies in Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, FMCG, Digital Technology, Logistics, Mining, and Marine generate revenue across African markets without JV risk or incorporation delays.

Through the Revenula Engine™, the company de-risks market entry, accelerates execution, and scales operations. By 2045, Revenula aims to facilitate over $5 Billion in enterprise revenue generation across Africa, becoming the most trusted operating partner for global companies executing high-value projects on the continent.

Matthew is currently leading Sulphyte, an e-commerce and digital payment transformation initiative. Sulphyte is building a unique, integrated platform designed to deliver a competitive advantage over global giants like Amazon, eBay, and Alibaba by combining commerce, logistics, and embedded payments for Africa and other emerging markets.

Matthew is a member of ForbesBLK, JCI, NESG, and Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) where he previously served as General Secretary. He currently serves as Ambassador and Capstone Mentor at the School of Politics, Policy and Goverance (SPPG).

At University, he was awarded Best General Head of Class after successfully leading over 5,000 colleagues across five faculties for five years. During this period, he initiated the AIM Initiative, a not-for-profit organization currently addressing food insecurity challenges in Africa.
