Matthew Bruce

I was born in Manchester, England in 1983. Having left school at 16 I went to work, lugging post around an office, data inputting and delivering room service to pilots, executives and 'celebrities' at a local airport hotel.

Having decided that there had to be more to life I decided to apply for a 'sales' job selling utility contracts at a local call centre. Having grown out of the bums on seats regime I took up a position within the business development team at one of the UK's leading business information suppliers. I spent seven fantastic years there managing an aggressive acquisition programme and creating a series of new products and services along the way. I left in 2008 following two successful years as Sales Director.

In 2009 I went onto launch two businesses, Gate Digital and Gate Web Video.

In mid 2012 I started another business, The leads People designed to deliver a fresh and innovative solution to how businesses buy commercial energy.
