Matthew Cadira is an accountant, a leader, and volunteer. He is well educated but continues to learn under the CPAs at MA Goloff & Company in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This position requires a range of skill sets including finance, economics and accounting. It requires strict discipline and keeping up on the economy and current world affairs.
But Matthew's work doesn't stop there. He is currently working ..... ()
This work allows Matthew to stay constantly up-to-date on the ever-changing world economy, and gives him a chance to learn more at his work every day. One project that’s near and dear to Matthew, however, is revitalizing the city that he’s proud to call his home.
Known as “America’s playground”, Atlantic City was once a vibrant city with an exciting nightlife that attracted tourists across the US, stimulating the city’s entire economy. Sadly, Atlantic City is now just a shell of its former self, but that’s not to say that its best days are behind it. The city continues to have one of the most vibrant nightlifes on the east coast, and tourists continue to visit in large numbers to take advantage of its many casinos. On weekend nights, the city’s streets are packed with young people who are looking to unwind after a working week. Looking at these younger people, it’s clear that this is where the future of Atlantic City lies. Matthew Cadira recognizes the limitless potential that Atlantic City has to jump back to where it once was, and is committed to its revitalization.
A true go-getter, Matthew Cadira recognizes the importance of making a name for oneself while also giving back to the greater community. He is involved in the young republican movement, spreading awareness to young people and getting others involved, and works as the treasurer of the non-profit organization Room for Hope, which gives pediatric patients a comforting and uplifting experience during treatment and extended hospital stays. They accomplish this by providing patients with age-specific and personalized hospital rooms, and sets up programs for disabled children.
