Matthew Carroll graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a minor in Business Administration. He has continued strengthening his professional qualifications through industry certifications and licenses that support his work and enhance his client service.

Earlier in life, he earned a baseball scholarship to the University of Maryland and later transferred to Pennsylvania State University, where he played Division 1 baseball for four years. He was named team captain his senior year and received several academic honors and four varsity letters. After college, Matthew Carroll Atlanta Braves attended the Major League Baseball Scouting Bureau Scout School and completed the program as a top graduate.
