Matthew Cohen, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C

Matthew Cohen, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is currently working at PageSoutherlandPage as a Project Architect. He has extensive knowledge and experience that span both Commercial and Residential sectors, and include building code research and analysis, construction documentation utilizing both AutoCAD® and Revit® software, project team coordination, project management and construction administration.

Notable projects include Jaguar Hall – a Hotel to Dormitory Conversion for the University of Houston Victoria, MD Anderson Cancer Center’s Pickens Academic Tower in Houston, Hurricane IKE recovery work for the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, and the Alexan Post Oak – a 750,000 square foot podium apartment community in Houston.

Matthew is a Registered Architect in Texas, LEED Accredited Professional, and member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and the American Institute of Architects. He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Texas. He was also a guest speaker at last year’s CCIM Forum in Houston, where his presentation highlighted the inherent benefits associated with “green” or high-performance buildings.

Personal interests include family activities, travel, digital photography, web design and Sunday Softball.
