Every night and every morn, some to misery are born. Every morn and every night, some are born to sweet delight. Some are born to sweet delight; some are born to endless night. lawyer, law professor, have taught linguistics (Transformational Generative Grammar, X-bar theory, etc) and literature. I used to care for people but recently decided I'd sooner wade through a pool of human corpses than see, from a distance, one dead cat. Intelligence is inadequate as a distinguishing feature in the hierarchy of being. Chimps are as logical, knowledgeable, etc as humans aged six. And suffer with equal intensity. Just imagine removing the top of a six year old kid's skull and inserting electrodes just to research lipstick that will definitely get you laid next weekend. Addendum: it little matters how mangy that cat or angelic the human corpses. Or how much you crave to get laid, asshole. My advice for those who disagree is Fuck you--I'll get you in the end.
