Hi, I’m Matthew E.P. Hampton—entrepreneur, strategist, and builder of equitable business ecosystems.

For over 25 years, I’ve launched ventures, advised founders, and designed programs that create ownership and opportunity in underestimated communities. I’m the Cofounder of Elevate, a nationally recognized youth entrepreneurship platform, and helped lead the launch of the New Black Wall Street Market in Georgia.

Today, I work at the intersection of capital, community, and legacy—guiding founders, revitalizing businesses, and shaping investment strategies that close equity gaps and build generational wealth.
