Before returning back to Australia I gained great experience and enjoyed success dealing in London's 'prime central' (PCL) residential property market. I was fortunate to work at board level with top brands including Countrywide Plc's prestigious John D Wood & Co. & Faron Sutaria corporate entities.

Leveraging on that experience I now collaborate with Financial Planners, Accountants and Mortgage Brokers, to assist their clients with end to end pre-packaged residential property investments, usually in locations where growth is forecast, Australia-wide.

I emphatically believe that Residential Property Investment, (when locations, lending and other variables are wisely considered) is the best asset class for individuals (and/or funds including SMSFs) to preserve capital and to create long-term wealth.

I use independent data and research, coupled with extensive product due-diligence to assist in sourcing suitable solutions that meet client objectives and strategies. I deal with wholesalers and developers directly to give clients access to Off-the-Plan opportunities prior to any public launches.

I have also assisted clients in Resort Marketing and have actively invested in London, Dubai & Australia.
