He pursued higher education at the University of Arizona, where he studied Real Estate Development. His time at university was marked by academic excellence and a deepening passion for his chosen field.

He later took on the Sales and Operations Manager role at HerzMat Realty, where he managed the firm’s operations and led its sales initiatives. His effective leadership and keen industry insights solidified his entrepreneurial vision during this period.

In 2021, with a wealth of experience and a clear entrepreneurial vision, Matthew co-founded MVE IT Logistics with his older brother. He carefully planned the business strategy, secured funding, and built a team dedicated to the company’s success. Under his leadership, the company rapidly advanced to the forefront of the logistics and supply chain management sector.
