I work with clients to develop effective and cost-efficient programs to protect their trademarks and other intellectual property in New Jersey.

This work includes preparing applications to register trademarks with the United States Patent & Trademark Office, including search and clearance of potential marks, drafting the description of goods and/or services that the mark covers, reviewing and selecting specimens showing the mark, and filing of the application.
