As the Managing Director of Servco Pacific Capital (SPC), Matthew Janopaul oversees the private equity arm of Servco Pacific, a multifaceted holding company with annual revenues that exceed $1.8 billion. His achievements with Servco include opening SPC’s San Francisco office, hiring its deal team, and establishing its initial investment strategy. Before becoming Managing Director in 2015, Matthew Janopaul served as an advisor to Servco's CEO and Chairman.

Since 2012, he has concurrently advised the co-chairman of the leading international guitar manufacturer and Servco subsidiary, Fender Musical Instruments. In particular, Matthew Janopaul facilitated Servco’s purchase of Fender with the cooperation of key legacy shareholders. He formerly served three years as Fender’s President and Chief Operating Officer.

Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Janopaul volunteers as Treasurer and Board Trustee of the Walnut Creek, California based educational institution The Seven Hills School. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, sailing, traveling the world, and exploring new culinary traditions.
