Matthew Kinder

I was born & raised in a small Southern Indiana town called Patronville. I'm always tempted to try to make it sound a lot more interesting by writing it 'Patrónville', like we're the home of the popular Tequila or at least have something to do with it, but really, all I have to do is say 'where the drive-in theater is' and most people know what I'm talking about!

I have always been in business in one way or another. At the ripe age of 16, my love of music helped bring my first business, Mobile Club Entertainment, LLC, to fruition. By 2010, Mobile Club Entertainment was ranked number one in event satisfaction across the State of Indiana and remained in the top spot through 2014.

Throughout my stint as owner-operator of Mobile Club Entertainment, I also worked for various corporations in the Radio & Telecommunications industries. I "won" my job on the number one top 40 radio station in Evansville, IN while I was still a Senior in High School and I instantly fell in love with not only being on-air & working with great people, I fell in love with getting to meet and interact with so many new people around the area.

After gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in sales, customer service, marketing, etc., from the positions I held and that little thing called 'college'; I quickly realized I wanted to have a career that would allow me to use my love of technology, my consultative nature of discovering and solving problems and my love of meeting new people to somehow provide a living for my family.

At the beginning of 2014, I had decided to sell Mobile Club Entertainment and focus on obtaining my 'dream job' with a local media company. After searching for a very short amount of time, I found my current home at the Evansville Courier & Press | C&P Media. In June of 2014, I accepted the position of Digital Marketing Consultant. I'm finally doing what I love and that's being a 'life-learner' of all things related to technology, marketing, sales, etc., and putting it to use for the people I work it.
