As the VP of IT, Data, Analytics, and Enterprise Apps at Carter’s, the leading children’s apparel retailer in the U.S., I lead a comprehensive portfolio that includes data and analytics strategy, business intelligence, analytics and planning COE’s, AI / ML, enterprise applications, and data engineering. My role extends to overseeing Sales, HR, ESG, CSR IT initiatives, reflecting a broad and integrated approach to driving business value.

With a proven track record in digital transformation, I previously served as the Global VP of Advanced Analytics at NCR. There, I spearheaded a machine learning-driven pricing transformation that significantly increased profits. At Citrix, I led Global Sales Operations, managing reporting and analytics to enhance a unique Customer 360, business performance and strategic decision-making.

I've now transformed 3 companies from a data & analytics standpoint, playing the role of Chief Data Officer, CDO, CDAIO at different stages of maturity.

My career includes leadership roles at Tracfone Wireless and Verizon Wireless, where I gained deep expertise in reporting, analytics, financial planning, and strategic IT initiatives.

I hold a Global MBA with Merit from Manchester Business School and a BSBA in Finance. As well as executive education from Wharton, Cornell, and MIT.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, staying updated on the latest tech trends, and staying active. I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of data leaders and contributing to sustainable and responsible business practices.
