Hello, I’m Matthew. I’m a Portfolio Manager in GMO's asset allocation team in Boston, Massachusetts. Before GMO, I was a global market strategist in J.P. Morgan's Asset Allocation team based first in London and then in New York. At GMO I am the COO of the discretionary macro hedge fund the Mean Reversion Fund. I am responsible for risk management, macro research, business development as well as managing my own trades across assets in the portfolio. I am obsessed with markets and am constantly looking to be challenged and learn about markets and investing.
