What does technology mean to me?

Technology seems to be constantly changing, and when I try to answer the question of "what is technology?" I find myself going through a lot of different thoughts and struggles.

The ability to look up all the knowledge in the world on a simple phone, to make a living through a computer's Wi-Fi signal, technology is the way the world is now that it wasn't too long ago.

I have a job that didn't even exist when I was in college, use a search engine that didn't exist when I learned about the Internet, and enjoy recreation on a level unlike any other time in human history - technology.
