Matthew Norris is an expert in civil and environmental engineering. In 1998 he founded the geotechnical engineering company, Geolab, based out of Columbia, Maryland. Geolab, or Geotechnical Laboratories, Inc., provides specialized geotechnical assistance to a wide range of clients through geotechnical testing, inspection, and environmental services. The company has successfully completed numerous private, commercial, industrial, educational, and governmental projects across Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Delaware.

Attending the University of Maryland in College Park, Matthew Norris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and later went on to earn his Master’s of Engineering degree.

Matthew Norris is an expert in the geotechnical and civil engineering industry with over thirty years of experience. Matthew Norris is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Society for Testing & Materials.
