Matthew Pound

Being born and raised in the UK, I recently moved to Frankfurt am Main. I am a hard working person that is well-organized and adaptable to new situations.

My personality is described as honest and polite and I'm a good team player. I am motivated to learn new things and want to work to make a difference. At 22 years of age, I am a willing young man just moved to the country and who is looking for new work opportunities.The ability to resolve disagreements and restore peace in situations is another aspect of my personality.

Working in Customer Services for over 5 year allowed me to enhance my communication and people skills. Due to the nature of the retail environment that I have worked in, I can deal efficiently with customers in high stress environments.

My duties as a Customer Service Assistant included ordering the relevant stock from the warehouse, operating the tills, displaying sales items and also answering phone enquires. As part of a team I worked to regional targets such as the 'Mystery Customer Measure' that looks at customer satisfaction, where I achieved outstanding results. I was also responsible for my own sections of the department and had to ensure they met with the approval of my managers.

In my leisure time I love to play sports. For ten years I played in my local Football team and made a great bond with my fellow team mates. Golf is also another one of my favorite's being a golf member at a Golf club. Last year I took time to go travelling to Asia and now I am ready to work hard and take on a new challenge.
