I have an extensive background in global management and leadership strategies. My research interests include organizational culture, international merges and acquisitions and global leadership practices.

I completed my Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management at the University of Delaware, my Master of Business Administration at Roosevelt University and my Doctorate of Business Administration from Argosy University.

I have numerous presentations and publications including Matthews, L. (2012), ''The Impact of Globalization on Cross-Cultural Communication, Globalization - Education and Management Agendas,'' Hector Cuadra-Montiel (Ed.).

In my sparetime, I volunteer as a ''Big Brother'' for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Manchester. I believe that the world is full of possibilities, you just have to keep your eyes open and seize the moment.
