Matthew Whalen

I am the founder of Changing Tides Consulting, LLC. I am also a member of the Smalley Marriage and Family Center. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern my mission is to provide quality care for adolescents, adults, couples and families seeking help in navigating the storms of life. I live and operate my business in Houston, Texas. When I am not fulfilling my life's mission, I can be found enjoying time with my family, hunting or fishing in beautiful south-east Texas.
