Take my class

I'm a dancer, teacher and choreographer, from New Zealand. I have worked nationally and internationally. In New Zealand I danced with Black Grace Dance Company, Touch Compass, Human Garden and Commotion Company. In Europe, I worked with Random Scream in Belgium, Carol Brown Dances in England, Willi Dorner, Theater Combinat and Klaus Obermaier of Austria, Hooman Sharifi/Impure Company of Norway (which also collaborated with Cena11 of Brazil.), and with Anna MacRae of ShockBody in Loud Enough. My own work observing observing was presented at S.E.A.D and at the ITS festival in Amsterdam and my first evening-length piece Spin was with the Studio Contemporary Dance Company in Zagreb, and was subsequently performed in the Zagreb Danceweek festival and the FrontA festival in Slovenia . When I'm not performing I'm involved in education, I have taught pilates at P.A.R.T.S in Belgium at the Pilates Akademie in Vienna, at the Pilates Body Studio in Auckland and Back in Motion in Dunedin. I have taught contemporary technique and the Axis Syllabus internationally, for multiple companies in Europe, at the dance school S.E.A.D, Tanzquartier Wien and the ImpulsTanz festival in Vienna and at MUK. In New Zealand, I have taught at the New Zealand School of Dance, Unitec Dance, Auckland and Otago University and Wellesley Dance House and for ChoreoLab.

I recently completed my Masters in Osteopathy. I am this year's Caroline Plummer Fellow in Community Dance at the Otago University.
