B A C K G R O U N D : Matthias Brendler holds a Masters Degree in Graphic Design and has 15 years in creative practice working for Fortune 500 Companies and Fortune 100 Brands from American Express, Coca-Cola, Harley Davidson and Kodak. On the client side, 7 years before Facebook, as designer and then Creative Director he helped pioneer the nascent space of social media at sixdegrees.com. He writes for Print Magazine and taught extensively at Parsons School of Design and at the Pratt Institute. He has also developed interactive experiences, web strategies, brands and corporate communication for Arthur Andersen, Columbia University, Morgan Stanley, NYCE, RJR Nabisco, among others.
