As the Director of Bear Trends and Imports Pty Ltd, Matthias overlooks the daily business operations and makes critical and forward-thinking, strategic decisions. Matthias holds a bachelor of International Business Management from Hamburg/Germany and is currently undergoing his MBA studies in Sydney/Australia. He has got strong marketing and investment banking skills that help him sourcing cutting edge products while keeping a strategic overview of the business and its environment.

Matthias has got strong relationships to international decision makers in Germany, Ireland, Korea, China, the United States, New Zealand, Brazil, Chile and Australia and has a track record of achieving cross-cultural synergy through effective communication.

Matthias has worked and lived in five countries including Germany, the United States, Ireland and New Zealand. His international experience and strong leadership skills allow him to directing Bear Trends and Imports Pty Ltd on its path to international success and through changing economic situations.

Living in the Northern Beaches of Sydney in Australia, Matthias goes surfing in his leisure time. He also enjoys photography and producing short films that document special events in his life.
